There’s no better way to celebrate the weekend than enjoying a delicious brunch. Fortunately, there are several fantastic local restaurants in the Springdale, Arkansas, area, that serve this scrumptious combination of breakfast and lunch. Here are the four best Springdale-area brunch spots.

Bites & Bowls

Family-owned Bites & Bowls serves up delicious meals that will make you feel energized and ready to conquer the weekend. If you like a good waffle, the restaurant offers sweet and savory varieties. The Wake Up! Waffle is a waffle made of hash browns topped with eggs, your choice of ham or turkey, cheddar cheese, avocado, tomatoes, and creamy salsa.

The Maple Walnut is a Belgian waffle served with walnuts, crisp apples, whipped cream, and maple syrup. As its name indicates, Bites & Bowls also offers a delectable selection of breakfast bowls. The Good Morning Por La Man Ana combines honey Greek yogurt, papaya, blueberries, pear, and granola. Bites & Bowls also serves fresh salads, soups, sandwiches, and smoothies. If you’re planning a birthday party or other event, the friendly staff is happy to cater it for you.

The Buttered Biscuit

At The Buttered Biscuit, you’ll enjoy made-from-scratch dishes in a friendly atmosphere. Start your brunch with a cinnamon roll or plate of pigs in a biscuit. Entrees include the Eureka biscuit sandwich, featuring fried chicken, cherrywood bacon, tomato, lettuce, cheddar cheese, egg, and cilantro aioli. Another favorite is the Goat Trail omelet. It’s an egg-white omelet loaded with baby spinach, mushrooms, bell peppers, tomato, red onion, asparagus, goat cheese, and avocado.

If you’re in the mood for something sweet, try the lemon pancakes, strawberry cheesecake pancakes, or French toast. Signature dishes include the biscuits and gravy, avocado toast, and acai power bowel. They all go great with a mimosa or Bloody Mary.

Mockingbird Kitchen

Mockingbird Kitchen specializes in modern Ozark cuisine made with local and seasonal ingredients. Treat your table to a plate of shrimp cakes, Buffalo cauliflower, or chips and dip. Brunch specialties include breakfast tacos, brioche French toast, and potato hash. Be sure to order a side of sausage patties, roasted potatoes, or creamy grits. Brunch wouldn’t be complete without a spicy Bloody Mary, mimosa, or spiked iced coffee. During brunch service, Mockingbird Kitchen also serves its lunch menu. The meatloaf, turkey melt, and veggie burger are highly recommended.

Southern Food Company

At Southern Food Company, you’ll find all of your favorite Southern and Tex-Mex dishes. The One-Eyed Jack is a souther version of egg in a basket with avocado, sprouts, pico de gallo, and cheese. The loaded waffles come with Nutella, fresh strawberries, and powdered sugar. Other brunch favorites include the crab cake benedict, pork huevos rancheros, and the avocado smoked salmon toast. Don’t forget to order a side of bacon, breakfast potatoes, or fresh fruit. Southern Food Company serves coffee, espresso, and lattes made with beans from Onyx Coffee Lab. You’ll also want to try the famous Bloody Mary.

These are just some of the spots in the Springdale area where you can enjoy a fantastic brunch. No matter which one you visit, you’re sure to have a great time.
