2929 Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross

If you haven’t seen the Mitsubishi Eclipse in a while, you might still imagine it as a coupe. It’s entirely different these days and now comes as a crossover. This expertly designed vehicle is available in four trim levels, each with something different to offer. If you’re considering the 2020 Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross for your next car purchase, take the time to get to know each trim level first.

The ES 1.5T

The base 2020 Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross trim level is the ES 1.5T. While this is the standard trim, it still comes with some impressive features. Beneath the hood, you’ll find a 1.5 dual overhead cam four-cylinder direct-injection turbocharged engine. The continuously variable transmission with sport mode improves your driving experience. On the highway, you get up to 29 mpg. Standard exterior convenience features include heated exterior mirrors, halogen headlights, and fog lights. Inside you’ll find automatic climate control, Bluetooth wireless technology, and fabric seating surfaces to ensure a comfortable ride.

The LE 1.5T

Next up is the Eclipse Cross LE 1.5T. This trim level comes with exterior features such as 18-inch black alloy wheels, black exterior accents, and built-in side mirror turn signals. Inside you’ll find a large 7-inch touch-screen display, rearview camera, and a six-way power-adjustable driver seat. The LE 1.5T is also compatible with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay for easy access to your playlists, navigation, and contacts while on the road. Available heated front seats add to the enhanced driving experience.

The SE 1.5T

Take it up a level with the Eclipse Cross SE 1.5T. You’ll be able to choose your drive style and activate ECO mode in this trim. Additional standard features include an enhanced 7-inch touch-screen display with a smartphone link display and a touchpad controller.

Safety features really set this trim level apart from the rest. Safety technology such as blind-spot warning, rear cross-traffic alert, and lane change assist come standard. However, with the SE you automatically get more enhanced features, including lane departure warning and forward collision mitigation with pedestrian detection. It also includes convenience features such as push-button start and steering wheel audio controls.

The SEL 1.5T

The high-end Eclipse Cross SEL 1.5T trim comes with LED headlights, a multi-view safety camera system, and paddle shifters for a unique driving experience. Inside you’ll notice additional features such as a black headliner, leather-trimmed seating throughout, and a full-power driver’s seat for a more luxurious feel. The head-up display allows you to keep your eyes focused in front of you while driving. You can also add accessories and packages such as the towing package, so you can haul gear with you for a fun-filled trip.
